When should I book my move?

Ideally, you should book your move ASAP. The first and last weeks of the months are super-busy! Because this is the most popular time to end and begin leases! Book early, and you stand a good chance of being able to secure the moving date and time that works for you.

How to reschedule my appointment?

Give us a call and one of our friendly relocation coordinators will help you to reschedule your move.

Do I need an estimate?

Sometimes we may need to visit your place to conduct a visual survey of all the items you need moved to your new home. We will determine the approximate cost based on those items and their weight and present you with a written estimate. Getting an estimate is a good idea to help you know exactly what you’re paying for.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

If you want to reschedule your moving date, contact our customer service and our representative will help you. Keep in mind that your estimate may change when you adjust your moving date.

How long does it take to move?

Moving times depend on a number of factors including the time of year, weather conditions, shipment size, time needed to load and unload, and the distance and direction of your new home.

How do you charge for partial hours?

The last hour of your move will be billed in 15 minute increments.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment either in cash or by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) upon the completion of your move.

Are there any items you do not move?

Yes, for public safety, governments have passed legislation that restricts the transportation of hazardous goods such as gasoline, propane tanks, oxygen, fire extinguishers, ammunition, and fireworks.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes, we do disassemble and reassemble beds, desks, and other items.

How do you charge for partial hours?

Do you have wardrobe boxes?

Yes, we provide wardrobe boxes on the day of your move. So your clothes can be packed right out of your closet and unpacked at your new location.

Is there a weight limit of the items?

No. We don’t have any weight limit and have successfully transported many heavy objects.
